If you're coming from the east, make your way along the M4 past Swansea. The M4 ends and turns into the A48. Carry on towards Camarthen. When the A48 turns into the A40, go straight on towards Haverfordwest. Turn right onto the A478 towards Cardigan. When you reach Crymych, look for the Crymych Arms pub on your left. Take the left turn immediately beside the pub, signposted to Eglwyswrw (the signpost is on the right hand side of the road). Now head along this road for a couple of miles, zig-zagging over a little stone bridge. Take the second left after this, signposted to Ffynongroes / Crosswell. Now take the first left at a crossroads, towards Penygroes. At Penygroes Chapel there is a t-junction; turn left then follow the road immediately round to the right. After half a mile there is a red post-box on your left. Go up the track beside it. Pass a white bungalow on the right. Maen-Offeiriad is the next entrance on the left.
