At Maen-Offeiriad we’re pleased to welcome well behaved pets and their owners.

We ourselves are dog owners having in 2011 re-homed a puppy from the local rescue centre.

The cottages are located in the centre of our 5 acre smallholding.

We have a mown 1 acre field which is ideal for exercising dogs and playing ball games.  A path links this and an adjacent field for a nice circular ‘morning constitutional’.

Leaving our grounds you head up a track to miles of walking on the Preseli Hills in the National Park.  Equally you can head down the track and walk for miles on quiet country lanes and public footpaths.

Nearby are spacious dog friendly beaches at Newport and Poppit Sands (near Cardigan).  (Details of other dog friendly beaches can be provided).

The cottages are unfussy with hardwood floors and rugs (although we do ask guests to keep animals off beds and furnishings).

Outside the cottages are water bowls and a hose pipe, and we provide ‘poop scoop’ bags for your use.

We can also provide details of excellent local vets should any problems occur.

As well as dogs, guests have also brought – parrot, hamsters and pet caterpillars!
